We collect contact and booking information needed to answer inquiries and administer a requested program. Deep assessments may also contain health information that you submit with explicit consent so we can evaluate whether a program is appropriate.

Contact inquiries are retained for up to 12 months. Unsuccessful assessments are retained for up to 6 months, and booking records for up to 10 years where accounting or legal duties require it. Records may be deleted sooner when no lawful purpose remains. We do not sell personal data or use health information for advertising.

We may use technical cookies/local storage for essential site functionality and consent storage.

Submission records are protected by access controls, encrypted transport, server-side bot verification, and rate limiting. No internet service can promise absolute security.

You may withdraw consent or request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion by using our protected Contact page. Some booking records must be retained where required by law.
